About the Role

Since 2021, P2P care services have been dedicated to providing exceptional support to their clients. The organization was founded by a group of passionate professionals who have a genuine desire to assist the most vulnerable members of society.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

Job Requirement

Responsibilities

  • Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
